Products and information

We aim to describe our products accurately. Specifications such as capacity and size are supplied by our manufacturer and may vary slightly between batches. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Always supervise your dog while it uses any of our products, and check products regularly for wear or damage.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may correct pricing errors, and if an error affects your order we'll contact you before going ahead.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable. If that happens after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
